Thank you for choosing Limo Doctor Inc. for your upcoming transportation needs. Please remember, our terms and conditions are created for the safety of our passengers, employees, and equipment. By making your reservation with Limo Doc Inc. you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
We require a valid credit card on all reservation requests. To guarantee service a 50% deposit will be collected upon confirmation, which includes a non-refundable deposit of $199. The remaining balance is due the day of service. If you cancel 72 hours before your trip, your deposit will be credited less the $199.00 non-refundable fee. Cancellations after 72 hours will forfeit the entire deposit. If you decide upon another form of payment please contact the office as soon as possible with the new payment information. A 15 minute grace period will be effective following the reserved time of service. After the grace period, you will be subject to the hourly rate. Any additional charges including, but not limited to, “Additional Wait Time”, “Gratuity”, “Fuel Surcharge”, and other fees will be itemized on the paid invoice-which is provided only upon request.
SERVICE RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
All reservations are dependent on availability, and are valid only once we have received a deposit (where applicable) and a member of our team has reviewed the information and sent a confirmation email with your trip details. It is the responsibility of the passenger/client to look over your confirmation email and ensure that all details are correct. Should you find a discrepancy please notify our office immediately. Cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance of your pickup time. Limo Doc Inc. has the right to charge the FULL trip amount on your credit card if you do not cancel your reservation within the acceptable time limit of 24 hours without prior discussions with management.
All reservations are dependent on availability, and are only valid once a deposit is received and a member of our team has reviewed it and sent a confirmation email with your trip details. It is your responsibility to look over your confirmation email and ensure that all details are correct. Should you find a discrepancy please notify our office immediately. A $199 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a custom charter reservation. Custom charters reservations cancelled within 14 days of the trip will be charged 50% of the trip. Custom charters that are cancelled within 7 days of the trip, will be charged the full amount of the trip. (Ex. corporate events, winery tours, all day trips, multi-day events)
QUOTES: Quotes will be honored for 48 hours. After the 48-hour mark quotes are subject to change based on availability.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
DRUG USE PROHIBITED: The law prohibits any kind of drug use. Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a full charge for services at the quoted rate.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: The law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Any consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under the age of 21 will result in termination of the transportation service and a full charge for services at the quoted rate.
In any case where the driver is in doubt as to whether or not alcohol is being consumed illegally or being furnished by another party to underage passengers, the driver reserves the right to request proper identification.
Over-indulgence in alcohol resulting in erratic or violent behavior, extreme loss of consciousnesses, motor skills, or vomiting may also result in termination of transportation at the discretion of the driver, and a full charge for services at the quoted rate will apply. Please drink responsibly.
BYOB: You must supply your own adult refreshments
SUITABLE BEHAVIOR: Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
DAMAGES: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. The following fines will be charged should any of these instances occur:
Any and all damages, including each individual carpet/seat burn, will be charged at a minimum of $500.
Sanitation/Clean up fee is $250.
Broken glassware is $20 per item.
Any additional damages to the interior/exterior will be charged based on the cost of replacement or repair. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. There will be a $250 daily charge for each day vehicle is being repaired.
NO LIABILITY: Limo Doc Inc. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Limo Doc Inc. is not responsible for delays or the termination of your trip caused by weather or unsafe road conditions. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
